Laugh Out Loud

Do something that makes you laugh out loud, every day.  


Laughter is a free cure all; it strengthens your immune system, boosts energy, eases pain, and reduces stress.  Take a break from the news and schedule 20 minutes of giggle time by watching a sitcom, searching out silly videos like this one, or reading the comics in the paper or online.  Some of the funnier blogs have cell phone applications giving you a chuckle on the go.  Or, join a Laughter Yoga Club and attain physical benefits as well.  Whatever you do, just make sure you laugh.
