Hugging helps reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and strengthen relationships. Who can honestly say the last time they were wrapped up in a bear hug wasn't completely relaxing? Kissing has been proven to prevent baggy cheeks by exercising face muscles, burn calories (2-3 per minute!) and release natural endorphins more powerful than morphine. Hug like you mean it, and kiss like you have a purpose, because now you do.
